A child should never die before their parents. What can be so terrible in life to drive a child to take their own life? At 15 our youth should NOT think that life is so terrible that there is nothing worth living for, that their mistakes can never be forgiven. I fear for our youth who are no longer taught how to cope with stress and pain. If anyone who reads feels like suicide is their only answer I beg you to look at all the people you would be hurting. Death is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

I know this sounds preachy, but after the death of my fifteen-year-old cousin, I know it hurts people whom you would never even think of. It's tragic and painful. And I know life sometimes sucks and it feels like there is no way out but it won't always. I have been there and come through, and so can everyone if they just hold onto something worth living for.
